MEET THE STAFF
Dianne is our appointment coordinator for current and recall patients. In her personal life she is happily married to her husband for over 35 years. She has a daughter who is a PharmD in Fort Dodge, Iowa, and a son and daughter-in-law who live in Duluth. Dianne’s son and daughter-in-law have blessed her with two grandsons that keep her very busy. She also enjoys her summers entertaining friends and family, gardening, and preserving the produce that she grows. She and her husband raise chickens, ducks, and one huge Bernese Mountain dog named “Bernie”.
Donna, R.D.H., Hygienist
Donna grew up in Bloomer, WI and received her BS in Dental Hygiene and Public Health from MN State University – Mankato. In 2010, her husband’s job brought them to Duluth from Austin, MN where she worked for 31 years as a hygienist. She enjoys the outdoors and spending time at her parents and in-laws lake homes. As an empty-nester she stays busy camping, hiking, biking, fishing, crafting, quilting as well as reading. Not making long drives to enjoy the Northland has been great!
Nicolette is a new resident to the Duluth/Superior area who just recently moved from Chicago. She enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends, going to the gym, watching movies and shopping.
Laurie, R.D.H., Hygienist
Laurie wanted to be a hygienist since childhood. In fact, when she was just a pig-tailed grade schooler, she was already lining up her Cabbage Patch dolls for their “happy teeth cleaning” visits. She got her A.A. degree in Dental Hygiene from Lake Superior College in 2002. Immediately after graduating, Laurie started her dental hygiene career in the Twin Cities suburb of Chaska. After getting married in 2004, it only took her husband 2 years to convince her that Duluth is a much more fun place to live. They packed their bags, headed north, and Laurie began working in October 2006 where she’s been happily cleaning teeth ever since. When she’s not polishing pearly whites, odds are you’ll find Laurie at the cabin, sitting in a floatie reading her Nook, or taking a lazy spin around the lake in her kayak during the summer months. During the rest of the year, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Mat and their two labs, Gretta and Reese. She also loves to golf and is learning how to be an excellent gardener.
Brianne is originally from Cotton and has been in the dental assisting field since 2000. She has additional training in expanded restorative function through the University of Minnesota and in CEREC same-day crown design and processing. She is truly an expert in her profession and thoroughly enjoys interaction with the patients she serves. Brianne has 3 children, and enjoys warm sunny days, working out, fishing, camping, hunting, and quality time with her family and friends.
Nicole is originally from Embarrass and completed the dental assisting program at HCC in 2010. She has additional training in CEREC, same day crown design, and processing. She is passionate about dentistry and truly enjoys the work she does. Nicole has a dog named Sadie and enjoys reading and spending time with her friends and family.
Tawnya joined our office in July of 2015 as an assistant. You'll see her helping the front desk and assisting the doctor chair side. She has always loved the medical field and has a degree as a medical laboratory technician but found the dental field to be fun and fascinating. She enjoys talking with our patients, getting to know them, and making sure they have a great experience with every visit. Outside of work, she keeps busy with her photography business and her two little boys Landon and Jett. Tawnya enjoys gardening, crafts, and spending time at the cabin with family and friends.
